Test linux (x86, 32bit) binaries of psi with psimedia and most of the
dependencies bundled are availible at
http://psi.uchuujin.de/tmp/psi-linux-x86-test.tar.bz2
for testing. 

To install run
tar -C / -xjf psi-linux-x86-test.tar.bz2
in the download directory as root 
(or arrange for write permissions in /opt/psi-0.13-dev-txt/ otherwise)

then run psi with /opt/psi-0.13-dev-txt/psi

I'd appreciate feedback how well this build works. I didn't yet had much
time to do jingle tests with it.
