Sorry, I didn't think of searching Flyspray.

The future Pardus 2009 supports lsb_release, so there's no need for a
specific code then.

Pardus 2008 and 2007 packages of Psi already has this patch, so there's
nothing more to do about this and no need for that task to stay open.
