[Psi-Devel] High memory footprint/memory leaks?

Hi, I noticed that Psi tends to use a lot of memory, specially when I use
it for a long period of time without restarting it.

It starts using about 30m of resident memory and 100m of virtual memory
(Linux), which is high already, but after a couple of days the memory
usage is twice as much. I noticed that when I close the program, the
memory usage is even a lot higher, reaching more than 100m of resident
memory (I think the virtual memory didn't grow though) just before the
process is completely gone.

I really can't imagine why Psi is so memory hungry, I don't even chat too
much :), I'd say I send/receive about a hundred of lines per day (and
communicate with about 3 or 4 different contacts usually). I'm even using
the option to clear the chat history a day after the chat window is
closed. But I keep having problems with the Psi's memory consumption,
having to kill it after a couple of days to free some.

BTW, I tried to report a bug using the Redmine instance but I couldn't
find a way to do it. I even registered myself, but can't find the New
Issue link anywhere.

Thanks for your time and the great software.
