[Psi-Devel] Port Label

Hi,

since the question came out today again, I changed the port label in the 
config dialog today.

I am not sure if I implemented it in a sane way and there are still open 
questions like "what ports does psi use if the user enters 65535?" ... 
however, I think it's a start.
