There's a "download" button on http://github.com/mblsha/psi/tree/mblsha-patches 
, which should generate up-to-date tarball with sources. It won't have  
iris in it though, and you'll have to download iris tarball from http://github.com/psi-im/iris 
  (same "download" button), and place it inside the psi dir from the  
first tarball.

Not very straightforward, but at least you don't have to install git ;-)
