By this schedule, RC1 is less than a week away, and we're nowhere near done 
going through all the patches.  In the interest of releasing more frequently, 
the plan will be to release 0.14 anyway, even though we have not applied or 
rejected all of the patches.  Don't worry, the plan for 0.15 will be to 
continue processing patches.

What I'd like to do is select maybe 10 more issues marked as 'yes' in my 
evaluation email I sent just a moment ago, and call that enough for 0.14.
