[Psi-Devel] Adding Service Discovery Item

I'm creating a server application that will look up some features among 
the disco items to know which pubsub nodes it should auto-subscribe the 
client to. I would have liked to use Psi to let people test this feature 
(easily, without recompiling), but I guess they will have to subscribe 
manually. No problem!
