Yes it does as I've mentioned in previous mail so that's why I've send it 
to psi-devel instead of psi+ mailing list/forums.

It does look like linking problem but I can't find the source of the 
problem.

Could you give me a simple instruction to build Psi on Windows which could 
build with new QT and other libraries?
