I've went to QT 4.6.x because I've had problems with Psi 0.1x newer that 
0.12 with QT 4.4.x - compilation was ok but it had problems with chat 
window freezing
(QT known bug on Linux, too).
So which QT version on Windows do you suggest for Psi 0.14/0.15?
