There's the list of all contributions of a user that often helps a lot.
I think that's availible to non admin users too.

Thanks for helping with keeping the wiki spam free. I blocked that user,
and a bunch of other spammers now.


I'll do my anti spaming again. I don't have much time at the moment. So i
didn't do any spam cleaning for some time.

I guess i'll have to find some time to tune the anti spam config of the
media wiki. Seems enough spammers now break through...
