[Psi-Devel] Has psi died?

After browsing psi-im.org I've noticed that the last release (v0.14) was 
made over a year ago, that the forum no longer exists, that the mailing 
list receives little (if no) traffic and that the last update registered 
in Psi's bug report page is dated back to 2010-03-24.  Does this mean 
that Psi effectively died?  Is there anyone still working on it at the 
moment?
