[Psi-lang] Escaping single percent sign?

Hi everyone :)

Psi 1.0 is out! Yayy!

Note: the list of language packs is said, on the download page, to be  
in alphabetical order, but it isn't, quite.

My question for today: we were discussing escaping formatting  
characters on the kde-i18n list, and the coordinator said:

> Escape % in which way? (If I remember well using %% does not work  
> well with Qt.)

I can't remember if we'd had to deal with single percent signs (not  
accompanied by numbers, like 50%, just on their own? Can we escape  
them as %% in Qt files?

I came here to ask, since you guys have had a lot of experience with  
Qt. :)
