[Psi-lang] Translating the About info.

Hi everyone :)

I mentioned earlier that my translation doesn't include the About Qt  
information: does yours?

I'm currently translating kdelibs (KDE), and have just encountered  
this string:

so evidently it can be done. KDE also uses Qt, so I'm interested, as  
I do more of their translation, to compare what they do with how Psi  
manages things.

KDE don't use Linguist, they (somehow) convert their stuff to PO  
files, but it doesn't work very well. :(  It doesn't support gettext  
properly. I'm told it will work better in KDE 4. I hope so!
