Because those strings aren't present in Psi - they're all pulled in
from the user's config file. We can look at ways of localising this in
the future, but for 0.12 it's likely that the option descriptions will
be static, I guess (unless someone else tells me they've already
worked on a solution for this).

Also: we're near the stage where we should pack up 0.12-RC2. It's very
unlikely that there will be any string changes between now and RC2, so
anyone who wants to start translating now should be able to do so. RC2
will almost certainly be the string freeze point.
